Return and Exchange Policy
*Returns*
1. The customer has the right to request a return of the product in the event of a manufacturing defect, provided that the request is submitted within (24) hours of receiving the product and that the defect is not due to misuse.
2. The original invoice and all labels and seals pertaining to the product must be included with the return.
3. The product's value will be refunded within (7) business days from the date of receiving and inspecting the returned item and verifying that the return conditions are met.
*Exchanges*
The customer has the right to request an exchange, provided that the product is in its original condition and unused, in the following cases:
a. A manufacturing defect exists.
b. Receiving a product that does not match the order due to an error by the store.
