Terms and Conditions

1. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

2. The processing and shipping time for orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ranges from (15) to (25) business days. Delivery may occur sooner depending on order readiness.

3. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the shipping company and the destination country.

4. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost and the accuracy of the shipping information, address, and contact number. The store is not responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information.

5. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to an error in the customer's information or if it is not received within the timeframe specified by the shipping company, any additional fees for reshipping or storage will be borne by the customer.

6. If the product arrives damaged due to shipping or if a product different from the order is delivered, the store is obligated to replace or refund it according to the exchange and return policy.  

 7. The store is responsible for shipping costs if manufacturing defects are proven, the product is damaged during shipping, or a product different from the order is sent. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
